"This second LP by Kapotte Muziek is further development in the recycling of music. On my first LP "History Is What Was" I recycled (on one side) musical material from previous tape- and record-releases of Kapotte Muziek. On this LP "Utilities" I work with material sent to me by musical friends" cover liner notes, which are much, much longer. This is the Earlabs remastered version and the first time in which is becomes available in .wav form. Per track is listed who delivered the original sound sources.
